Clare aims is to communicate a heightened sense of energy, vibrant colour
and positivity through her paintings. This series of paintings is playful and
experimentative, she layers and fuses bold vibrant colour with contrasting
stripes, pattern, collage and energetic mark making. She uses multiple layers
and juxtaposed shapes to create a unique, unpredictable and eclectic
experience for the viewer. The paintings are then finished with a resin coating
giving them a sense of depth, luminosity & vibrancy.
